There is a $75 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 

Rescheduling/cancelling within 1 hour of the booked appointment, no access to home, property not photo-ready (at the point that the shoot does not take place), homeowners present, loose pets in the house , or similar reasons not allowing shoot to take place will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the full service price.  

We ask that no one be present inside the home during the interior portion of the shoot.   Please inform your seller of this prior to the shoot. (Realtor can be there)

All animals must be removed from the property or securely crated during the photoshoot. We will not enter the home if there are loose animals, so please ensure your sellers are aware of this policy.

You can expect next-day delivery for Real Estate Photography.  Photos will land in your email the next business day Monday - Friday.    

For example:  If our shoot was Monday morning you will receive images Tuesday evening.

This varies based not just on the size of the home, but on the level of detail in the home. We shoot each and every house in a way that best highlights that individual home without a specific number of photos in mind. Typically that number falls between 25 & 30 for smaller less detailed homes and can be as high as 40-50 for larger estates with intricate details.

Generally, Real Estate photoshoots take 1- 1 1/2 hours from the time we arrive on site. The biggest factor is the size of the property. 

Yes! We are FAA part 107 certified licensed drone pilots.

Weather plays a huge part in what we do.  As long as it isn't a torrential downpour, we can still make it look like a sunny day with free sky replacement.  

If you want to split-up a shoot and do interiors one day and exteriors another day the first shoot is billed as a full shoot and the exteriors are billed as a separate "exteriors only" shoot.

Payments are due at the time the photos are delivered.

Travel fees are a one way price.  

The first 15 miles are included.  After 15 miles, it is $1.00 per mile.

All images produced by First Impressions Media Group are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under U.S. copyright law. By hiring us for real estate photography services, you (the client) are granted a limited-use license for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.

Usage Terms:

The license allows the use of images on MLS listings, real estate websites, print materials, and social media for the duration the property is actively listed for sale or rent.

Images may not be edited, filtered, cropped, or altered in any way without written permission.

Restrictions:

Photos may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reused by anyone other than the original client without prior written consent.

Use of the images by a third party including but not limited to contractors, builders, stagers, other realtors, brokerages, designers, or property buyers/sellers is strictly prohibited unless a separate licensing agreement is arranged.

Ownership:

The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any image is a violation of copyright and subject to legal action.
